Position: Client Services Executive/Manager
Working with sales team and operations teams to drive effective and timely activation and delivery of clients’ campaign
Support the marketing operations team to monitor campaign performance
Perform campaign reviews with client on their campaign performance
Support client servicing across all assigned accounts to maximize client retention
Up-selling & cross selling: identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling into other marketing services among assigned account
Requirements:
A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a genuine desire to learn
Analytical with strong project management skills
Ability to build rapport and develop strong business relationships
